The barrier island where Barefoot Beach Resort is located is fortunate to have many locally owned establishments that are very popular with locals as well as tourists.
Waterfront dining is very popular in this area. Some restaurants are located directly on the water, while others offer water views. There’s something magical about dining while watching the sun set over the Gulf of Mexico.
Whatever your tastes, you will find something you will love within a few miles of “Barefoot” – steaks, chops, French, Italian, Chinese, sushi, pizza, etc. Nevertheless, what tourists really are hungry for when they come to Florida is SEAFOOD! There are countless numbers of seafood restaurants all over this area. And… when you vacation at Barefoot, please stop by our office for recommendations to some of our favorite seafood spots.
